I am a graduate-level intern in the Clinical Mental Health program at Liberty University. In my studies, I am fostering a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic theories and techniques, with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to those facing mental health challenges. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and achieve their therapeutic goals.I take a holistic approach to mental Health, considering physical health, relationships, lifestyle, and overall well being.

I am currently accepting new clients for in-person or Telehealth sessions, and I am eager to work with individuals aged 5 years and older!
