Ashlin Blum LISW-CP, BCBAI am a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) in the state of South Carolina as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My training is in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and I am currently studying The Gottman Program for relationship therapy.
My specialization is working with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities and their families, and I also have experience in the treatment of depression, ADHD, divorce, as well as relationship issues. I work with the individual focusing on developmental milestones and specific areas of need. While working with the family, I will focus on each individual family member’s presenting issue and help the family create a solution to their needs. Previously, I have worked as a Social Worker in several settings including, severe behavior, feeding issues, and behavior skills parent training. I earned my BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Saint Louis University with a focus in Clinical Practice and Applied Behavior Analysis.
