As the Billing Administrator for Empowered Family, I strive to meet the specific needs of each individual client when it comes to insurance/payments.  My goal is to make this process as seamless and accurate as possible while managing the billing and collection procedures within the company.  I am responsible for gathering and organizing information, preparing invoices, maintaining databases, and resolving billing errors.  Always here to help w/any questions that the client may have in reference to their insurance as it pertains to the high quality counseling services our therapist provides.
