One of my greatest joys as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate is having the
privilege of offering support, empathy, and compassion, as someone discovers healing and
happiness. The therapeutic relationship is one that should be validating, comforting,
exciting, and powerful!

I strive to use a holistic approach so that we can meet your specific
needs. It is my hope that in working together, we can celebrate your resilience and
successes every step of the way.

I offer support for various concerns with my focus on:

• Anxiety, Eating Disorders, Sexual Concerns, and Adjustment Issues.

After receiving my B.S. in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, I worked in
residential psychiatric care for children and acute adults, which led me to return to earn my
Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. During this time, I also found passion in my
role as an advocate for sexual assault survivors during forensic exams, a moderator for the
National Eating Disorder Association and Proud2bMe, and I am currently a partner with
Project HEAL.

Therapy should be tailored to meet your needs, goals, and healing! I offer meal support,
flexibility in therapeutic approaches and many other options for you to grow! The hardest
