Megan EversMy name is Megan Evers, and I am in my final year of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at the University of The South West. I believe in the power of counseling and creating safe spaces to process hardship together, using an empathetic and person-centered approach. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help clients gain insight into themselves and the world around them. I collaborate with my clients to draw upon strengths to create noticeable, long-standing change.
I am excited to be serving as an intern here at Empowered Family, and am committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. |
