Sophie Paquette LISW-CPI am a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) with over 11 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and discover the strengths they already possess. Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a welcoming, compassionate space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.
My clinical approach is client-centered and incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing. I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every individual and family is unique, and I work collaboratively with my clients to create an approach that fits their specific needs, goals, and circumstances. Throughout my career, I have worked with all ages, including children as young as four years old. I have experience with clients needing support for trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and family-related challenges. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and feel empowered to create meaningful change in your life. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you and your family on your journey toward healing and growth. Contact me directly! |
