Jessica Rudofski M.S., LPC-A
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). I am passionate about helping discouraged people find empowerment and comfort in who they are. I want to help you embrace your strengths and utilize them to realize your full potential. While counseling can be intimidating, I want to work with you to create a safe and encouraging environment to promote positive change in your life.
My clinical focus is eclectic, while having an emphasis on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Individual Psychology (Adlerian), Family Systems Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Prior to working as a therapist, I have worked as an ABA therapist in home settings working on severe behavior, learning disabilities, and behavior skills parent training. I earned my BS in Psychology and MS in Clinical counseling from Charleston Southern University. I’m pursuing certification from the Gottman Institute for relationship therapy and am trained in TF-CBT.
My specialization is working with children, adolescence, and couples. I have experience working with a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ASD, and relationship issues. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and/or your family!
I am currently accepting new clients via in-person and telehealth.
